    I purchased a camera from TriState Camera on 5.16.24, order #*******. It was delivered on May 20th. I returned on the Thursday, May 23rd. I requested to return the item on May 26th and was given a Return Authorization # *******, I mailed it, in perfect condition, to the store on May 27th. On the 29th, the store contacted me to let me know I had returned the wrong battery charger. They asked me to return the correct charger and they would then send back the wrong charger which I did on June 3rd. They have not refunded my purchase, minus a 10% restocking fee, and they haven't returned the battery charger I sent by accident. I've sent emails, made phone calls, and sent a complaint to their customer service department (ticket # ******* but there has been no response whatsoever. I want my refund and mr battery charger.

    Hello, My name is ***************************. Yesterday February 1st ****, I tried placing an order in Tristatecamera.com website for a **** *******mm Lens for $1469.99 and while I was trying to check out the website was very slow and stayed loading for over a minute then gave me a error and said to try again later. I never attempted again as I ended up purchasing the lens in a different website as this website was having issues and today I notice I have a pending transaction in my bank from tristatecamera for $1,469.99 which I did not authorized as I never attempted to checkout again and I didn't even get a order number or confirmation number for any orders. I have tried contact them through different means with 0 success.I tried completing the support form in the website but can't submit it because it needs an order number which I do not have, I tried calling no answer, I tried Fax number comes out invalid, I tried their social media they have messaging disabled and haven't been active since 2019, I tried emailing them that also came back as invalid, I want my money back as soon as possible.

    Didn't receive a tracking number for my delivery a week after i had ordered. Tried contacting through the website, and multiple phone numbers over multiple days to no avail. No response whatsoever. Still did not receive my package.

    Ordered a $5,000 camera on April 20th. Paid $200 for overnight shipping. Order was cancelled the next day (before it was delivered). I have waited 2.5 weeks for a refund. I called weekly to check the status on the refund and was given a later date each time! Finally, I called again today and was promised a refund.. But only to find out I was given a $2,000 refund. Wheres the rest of my money?? It took me almost 3 weeks to receive a refund for a camera that was never in my possession! And when I finally received a refund, its short $3,000!

    Customer made a paypal dispute on account of this order. The maximum refund we were able to issue was 2000.00

    We notified her that in order for us to issue additional credit, the dispute should be cancelled. 

    We were told by her that she will contact paypal and then get back to **. However, We did not hear back from her. We left her another message on Wednesday and we did not get a response from customer yet.

    This seller refuses to give me a refund after the package is lost during transit. I have *** confirmation the package is lost but the seller doesnt respond at all.

    We files a claim ******* and claim with *** which they approved. 

    *** approved the claim and mailed a refund check directly to the customer.

    No you did not issue a paypal refund on Mar 23rd, I got my refund because I have opened a dispute on both paypal and my credit card issuer. I sent that message because you left a voice message asking if I received a UPS refund check which I did not.
