    On December 9, I uses the label provided by ClickNCell to ship my used iPhone to ******* was shipped by **** and tracking of the package was done.The **** tracking showed it reached it destination and was received by ClickNCell on December 12; they are in possession of my cell phone.December 8, I created an account with ********************** to track the progress of the phones valuation or the status of sending me money for the ******** monitoring my account, nothing transpired: no valuation, no payment made.Concerned, I attempted to contact ClickNCell.I tried calling them and leaving a message, no response.Twice I sent them my concerns via their contact portal, no response.Three times I sent emails to customer support, no response Given my experience, I would not recommend dealing with his company.Aside from their lack of response, ClickNCell has my used cell phone and I have not been compensated. Seems like a scam.

    December 31, 2024 I called the phone number ClickNCell. Mr. * answered the phone.I explained to him the situation.He saw my order. He says his company received the phone and will have the warehouse check on it. And I should receive an email today on ********* further responses or communication from Mr. * or from anyone within his company.January 2, 2025 I called early ~8am. Got a hold of Mr *. He said it is not within normal operation hrs. and to call back at 10am.I called back at 11am, only got voice mail. I left a message for the company to call me back.January 3, 2025 I called back at 11:09 am, only got voice mail. I left a message for the company to call me back.Since then, I have received no further communication from ClickNCell.

    This company is a scam. They took my phone and refused to pay me. I called their only line and reached a person about the non-payment. They said they would have me paid witching 1-3 days due to the Labor Day holiday. No payment. I called after several weeks. No answer now. I left a voicemail. No response. I called several more times. After several attempts they sent me a text saying they would fix the issue. Still no payment. Now I cant get a person to answer the phone or text back. I just dont want anyone else to lose their phone and payment to this company. They will not pay you. Total scam. Be warned.

    My first and last experience with them. I sent them multiple iPhone to sell. The package was delivered according to the tracking. They said they never got the package. Then they said nothing. I reached out multiple times and provided what they needed. They only respond after I reach out relentlessly, but they are coming up with nothing but excuses to either not send me my devices back or pay me for them. Steer clear unless you want to just lose your devices. They seem to do everything they can not to honor their agreement.

    Exceeded Expectations!I was a bit nervous about sending my game console to ClicknCell, but I'm so glad I did. The process was straightforward, and I received my payment via ***** within 48 hours. They even offered me a bit more than expected. Great service!

    Scam - Beware - They took my wifes cell phone and never paid her for it. Not legit. Run dont walk.
