    This company is working with *************************, for the sale of my timeshare property in ******, ******************************* who represents ******** *********************************************** Services requested I complete an application to set up an escrow account for the transfer of funds during the sales transaction, she informed me that the buyer would transfer all applicable funds into this account that only the funds could be disbursed to me upon closing of the sales transaction. However, she and the realtor made several requests for me to make additional payments into the escrow account as the final closing transaction was delayed time and time again, each request was for additional funds. the last request was for an audit by the bank, which I refused. I contacted a legal firm in ******, provided them with all of the documents pertaining the escrow account and the requests for additional payments and they could not verify if the escrow account or the bank being used was legitimate.At such time I contacted the realtor and escrow company representative and requested a refund of the payments I had sent via bank transfer to the escrow account which amounted to approximately $11,000.00 Neither has responded to my request for a return of the money I have sent to the escrow account.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The response from the company is very much in error I was told the only way to secure the funds I had already spend was to continue to send them additional monies.  At which time I had the escrow account in ****** investigated by a local ******* Legal firm  and they advised they could not verify the legitimacy of the escrow account or the person I was dealing with. At that time I requested the return of my funds, we was refused.

    They have made no attempts  to clarify when or how I could ever receive a refund of my funds.

    These guys are scam artist and they should be called out for who they really are and  to prevent them taken advantage of other people in the future.
