    5/31/22 first deposit of $500 for the place to host my birthday party on 8/27/22. A contract was sent with all the details that we spoke about. 6/30/22 a deposit of $2000 was sent. The final deposit of $2000 was sent on 8/4/22. On 8/23 I received a text saying Hey good afternoon, so we're going to have to cancel the event and issue you a refund. I have to fly to ******* tomorrow to take care of some family business. I'm extremely sorry. Upon receiving that text message *** called and text but no response. 8/24 midday he responded back saying Good afternoon, I'm sorry about not responding yesterday just have alot going on. I had to cancel two other events this weekend and everybody is very upset. So the refund has to go like this unfortunately, I will have to give you back $1,000/month until the entire thing is repaid. I don't give refunds at all but because of the situation in giving you a full refund even tho some of that money was spent on your event. I'm sorry once again. I'll send the first $1,000 next week Wednesday. After getting that message called and text and no response. I have not gotten back any of my money plus I could have my party which I put so much money into with other stuff. Im extremely upset and this set me back. I just want back my money and also damages for me not being able to have my party.
