  Joined this gym on Friday November 11, 2022 in the Morning. There are 2 owners. I dealt with one owner when I joined. He had an issue with his computer system regarding adding my email. He said the system accepted my email. I have **** At 9:05 pm tonight November 14th, I attempted to work out for the first time. I went to the gym and as I was walking in, the other owner said he needed my email address. The gym closes at 10 Pm. I asked him if I could give him the email tomorrow night. He said no. I asked, why not. He then says why can't you do it tonight. I said that I don't have much time to work out. He was intimidating towering over me. He was condescending and aggressive and extremely rude. He tried to bully me over an email address. I asked so I can't work out with out giving you an email address and he said no. I said you already have my money. Right? He said well We can refund your money. We proceeded to walk to the register so I could give him the email so I can work out. We argued. He said that he was refunding my money. He verbally threw me out of the gym and came around the counter as I was turning around to leave. He came up right behind me to in attempts to further intimate. He is about 6 ft 4 inches and im 5'5". He proceeded to walk extremely close to my back as I exited the gym. Never experienced bullying by a giant man over such a trivial thing as an email. What if I didn't have an email??? It's a yearly membership. I want the 183 charged on that day and no further charges to my credit card. This man should not deal with customers.

  ******************** neglected in her statement that she called ******************************* a "******* *******" after he requested that she provide her email address as our policy to email digital copies of the membership agreement, waivers and policies. Per our membership agreement and ** law, members have 3 days to cancel their membership from the time they join. A copy of the receipt showing the return of her $183. Lastly **************** is a highly respected member of the community for over 20 years and would not/nor need to threaten the physical being of any individual.

  He is now also a liar, not acknowledging his poor behavior. When I signed up with his partner the system was malfunctioning. I was standing there for quite a while and the partner was apologetic about it. THATS WHY I asked if I could provide the email the following day  You are a liar and a bully and I didnt curse at you after you were rude and being a bully I said that you were an whole and YOU ARE AN ******* There was no need for that bully behavior Youre trying to justify your rude and aggressive behavior. At no time did I use profanity, actually after I told you that you were an agile after you were being a bully you called me a ***** Your behavior is disgusting and you are arrogant and now a liar. 

   Thats my response. The truth Pull your video and send it so you can prove me right and truthful  Im speaking the truth and you are lying
