    A business posed as a dispatching company and offered a dedicated load for my trucks. After setting up and paying the first week of $300, the stopped answering phone calls and emails. The transaction was done on 5/16/24. As of 5/20/24, they have blocked my number and stopped responding and never gave the load they promised.

    I am here to Respond to the complaint with our Ex ****************************************** Services LLC)

    We were unable to response to the calls that correct because he trying to reach me out instead of company number, And I was away for 2 days due to some personal reasons.
    As **************** already have the contact with his dedicated team member within my company.

    Reason 1: We already told to all our client that we don't deal with dispatch we only deal directly with the owner of the company or Driver, since we are a dispatch we don't want our services should be leaked out with any other resources.

    Reason 2: Whenever my team tried to contact with the driver, he doesn't answer the phone and we are not able to dispatch until he confirms about his location and status (Empty / Loaded)

    Refund: It is clearly mentioned in the contract which he signed with us that the amount is Non-refundable since he paid through the card , he already did the charge back on us.

    With the refund this complaint is baseless he already got it and i would like to request BBB not pursue it further if you need the Proof of Charge back, we can provide it to BBB.
