      I was very disappointed in the customer **********************, I received. The staff is definitely under trained. I had telephone correspondence with the staff member ******* he was not knowledgeable about the zoom service that is provided by this business, instead of him obtaining the information from a more knowledgeable employee he proceeded to get anger with me because I couldn't believe you work at a Funeral Home and didn't know how to provide the necessary information for my family that lives out of town to view the service. I am utterly disgusted with how the Funeral Home handled this process. We called 3 times first my uncle declined the services, he later called and spoke with ***************, then the following day I followed up with *************** she stated she would call me with information she never did. I called the day before my uncle's services that's when I had to educate the staff on proper customer ********************** care. They so desperately need training, any business who does not provide training to their employees is doing their business, their staff a disservice. Then the day of the service I followed up again the gentleman who was there from 10- 12 stated the zoom has been canceled by the Funeral Home. How tacky and unprofessional. I am disgusted never will I ever go there again. Beware
