    I recently ordered the Ronja sofa and matching loveseat, and while I was excited for the new pieces, the delivery experience was deeply disappointing. Although the scheduled arrival was timely, the movers couldnt figure out how to get the furniture through the door; one even suggested leaving it in my garage. Due to their inability to handle and control the furniture, both pieces sustained significant damage; I expected more reliable logistics after paying for the white glove service. However, my experience was redeemed through the diligence of their customer service representative. From the moment I reached out, Azure listened patiently to my concerns, acknowledged the inconvenience, and took ownership of resolving the issue. She promptly offered and coordinated a variety of optional means to ensure my satisfaction with the product. Throughout our interactions, Azure was professional, empathetic, and consistently followed up until everything was settled to my satisfaction. Her proactive communication and genuine care made a frustrating situation a testament to the companys commitment to its customers.Thanks to Azure, I feel confident recommending 1StopBedrooms despite the initial delivery problems.

    The bedroom set I purchased for my Mom was braiding and she loved it. It was at least 20 to 30 percent cheaper that buying directly from Ashley ********************* I bought me a set as well and it is so beautiful as well. Classy and chic!
