      Ordered dining room chairs on June 29th, on July 1 received notification that there would be a slight delay with *** being -6 weeks out. No problem! I can totally understand large, international shipments being difficult to manage. I reached out 2 weeks in and they confirmed we were 3-4 weeks out from delivery. Great! Right on time. 4 weeks later, I have heard nothing. I reach out to confirm that my dining chairs should theoretically be arriving any day now and nope. They are somehow still 3-4 weeks out from delivery. Okay, this is getting weird, but I understand. We are now 2.5 weeks later and I've heard nothing from the Modholic team. I have called 5 times just in the past day with no response and will now have to file a clawback from my credit card company for $800. Definitely avoid.

      Such poor quality. I ordered the Tulip 40" Marble Dining ************** Set based on the rave 5 star reviews and was very disappointed in the quality of the chair pedestal bases. **************** was responsive and tried to do the right thing offering replacement bases for the 4 chairs or a credit. I chose the replacements and got 4 new bases that were only marginally better quality than the originals. Now the offer of a credit is greatly reduced and I'm still stuck with something that looks like a child sculpted out of ***** I do not recommend purchasing from this company, there are plenty of other places to spend your money! I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 for at least trying to resolve the issues but I believe they are only publishing the best reviews or making them up themselves to look like a 5 star business!

      I ordered a set of a table and 4 chairs on Sep 3rd and got delivered on Nov 11th. Delayed over 2 months with slow responses. Finally we got the products but a couple parts were missing. Price was good but ****************** were not good. Not recommended!!!!

      Item I ordered and paid for was never delivered. No response to my request for update or refund.I ordered an item from Modholic in May 2023. In June, I was notified that there were shipping delays. In July I followed up, because I had still not received anything, and was told that there were ongoing delays. In September I requested an updated, and received no reply. In October (5 months after my original order) I requested a refund. I have received no response, and I'm not able to reach anyone by phone. What recourse do I have now?

      Stealmod Furniture experience: Poor. On 7/03 we ordered three (3) sets of Wave chairs and were charged the full amount immediately. A shipment from Stealmod arrived 9/14, however it only contained one set of chairs -- the packing slip indicated that the complete order had been fulfilled (though short two sets of chairs). Today is 10/02, we still have only 2/6 chairs. We have yet to receive either the rest of the chairs that we paid for or a refund.

      I bought a set of a dining table and six chairs, I received the chairs and assembled them. However, days after the Modholic website indicates the dining table delivery would delay for months. In addition to not receiving any communication from the company, I called asked them to refund the whole set, but the company just answered that can refund the not delivery dining table and can not return the chairs. Now I stay with six unmatched chairs, without a dining table. It's really unacceptable.

      We ordered the Scoop Hanging Chair and love it. The first one arrived damaged, and the company was very good about replacing it right away. Great customer service! We live in the middle of nowhere, but both deliveries were timely. The chair looks fantastic in our contemporary house and we are very pleased with our purchase and experience.

      I am very concerned - I ordered a Boucle chair and paid more than I would have with other companies because it said it would ship in 4-6 days. Its been 8 days, I have not received any updates and they will not respond to my email to cancel the order. Im not sure if this is a scam and I need to report it to my credit card company? It was a very expensive purchase.

      *DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY* On 9/10/22, an order was placed for a set of 4 white tulip chairs, which their website said was "in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours." It is now 10/6/22, and the order has still not shipped. Nor have I received any shipping updates, other than the one I got 2 days after placing the order, which said shipping would be delayed by approximately 2 weeks. Their customer service department has been zero help. To this very day, their website still shows that the items are in stock and ready to ship. Please do not fall for their lies or numerous "good" reviews like I did.
