    On Friday March 22nd, four men from Clean Collection Inc. came to move my personal property from one location to my new apartment. As I'm unpacking I'm noticing that my daughters entire wardrobe didn't make it to the new apartment, a few of my personal items, and my daughters ****** Mouse high chair where she eats didn't make it. I spoke with the manager at clean collection *** named ****** who was extremely aggressive and rude explaining to me that her employees do not have my property however I didn't accuse them of having it I was just telling her my property was in their possession last time I checked and it's not in my home. I'm concerned that this girl is not going to find my property. This is a small business I could've been talking to the movers little sister and wouldn't know. No integrity.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism and integrity, and accusations to the contrary are baseless and insulting to our hardworking team.

    Regarding your missing items, we take such matters seriously. However, it's essential to note that you did not provide any opportunity for investigation at the original pickup location. Without a proper assessment of the circumstances, it becomes challenging to ascertain the exact cause of the discrepancy in your inventory.

    Furthermore, your mention of being relocated from a homeless shelter is irrelevant to this matter and seems to be an attempt to ****** sympathy. While we empathize with your situation, it does not absolve you from making baseless accusations against our company.

    As for the high chair, our inventory records clearly indicate that no such item was listed during your pickup. We maintain hard copies of all inventory sheets for transparency and accountability purposes.

    Your interaction with our manager, Aneesa, should have been conducted with mutual respect and courtesy. If you found her demeanor unsatisfactory, we apologize, and we will address this internally.

    In conclusion, we urge you to refrain from making unfounded allegations against our company. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and professionally, but we will not tolerate slanderous attacks on our reputation.
