    *** completed a gut renovation of my childhood home- a 4 story townhouse with attached garage. We began in the heat of COVID outbreak and It was a learning experience for us all because this was a unique project which entailed almost rebuilding a 100 year old **************** home. From start to finish ***** and his team were always incredibly responsive, fair, and diligent. There were many hiccups to no fault of JBJ and any issues that resulted from subcontractor mishaps were swiftly dealt with by *****. Pricing was reasonable and if we had to do it over again we'd go with JBJ again (not sure if ***** would want to do it again!). We were not the easiest clientele but JBJ made us feel like family. We felt protected and valued. An example of going above and beyond is when ***** and his brother sat outside a shoddy marble subcontractor's business for 8 hours straight to ensure our stone was released to our new marble contractor (who was amazing and referred by JBJ). We joked how we would miss our text messaging banter but of course we were relieved to move-in. Considering the horror stories we all hear about renovations in *** we were fortunate to have hired ***** and JBJ. I will be forever grateful to them for overseeing the revitalization of a property that was left destitute and allowing me to move my young family into our dream home.
