  Ive been interested in purchasing Crystalia Glass products for over a year now. Unfortunately, both of my experiences so far have been deeply frustrating.The first time I attempted to order, the lead times were significantly longer than advertised. I decided to cancel and requested a refundafter paying a deposit, it became nearly impossible to reach anyone. I was repeatedly told that a refund was coming, but it never arrived until I filed a chargeback.Despite that experience, I decided to give it another try because the product really does look fantastic, and your recent Independence Day 25% off promotion was compelling. I placed a $3,620 deposit on a project exceeding $10,000, expecting that this time things would go differently.Unfortunately, the same pattern is repeating. While Ive now accepted the long lead times, I still cant get basic communication. Ive even offered to pay the remaining $6,000+ up front just to keep things moving, but no one will take my call. Every time I phone in, the operator tells me *** or **** is busy and promises a callbackbut I never receive ****** this point, I havent received a consultation, an appointment for measurements, or any next steps. Im only able to reach the operator, and no real progress has been made.All Im asking for is basic communication, proper follow-up, and a bit more professionalism in how customers are handledespecially when theyre trying to hand you money.I still hope this project ends well, and that I can finally enjoy what looks to be a very high-quality product. But right now, the customer experience is extremely disappointing and not what I would expect from a company with such strong marketing and product reviews.
