      I am writing to formally file a complaint against GW Supermarket, located at ******, **, regarding a recent incident involving a defective product and the subsequent refusal of the store to accept a return.On 02/17/2024, I purchased a ************* Bowl from the above-mentioned location. Upon bringing the product home, I discovered a significant defect: a chip on the bowl. This defect was not apparent at the time of purchase.I attempted to return the product on 02/19/2024, well within what I believed to be a reasonable return period. However, the store personnel informed me that returns were only accepted on the same day of purchase, a policy that was neither communicated to me at the time of purchase nor clearly posted in a visible location within the store. Furthermore, the manner in which this information was conveyed was both impolite and unprofessional, compounding my dissatisfaction with the situation.Given that the defect is a clear indication of inadequate quality control, and the store's return policy was not adequately communicated, I believe that [Name of the Supermarket] has failed to uphold reasonable standards of customer service and product quality. This experience has not only resulted in financial loss but also significant inconvenience and frustration.I am seeking a resolution that includes a full refund for the defective product and, ideally, an evaluation of the store's customer service practices to prevent similar incidents in the future. I have attached copies of my purchase receipt, photos of the defective product, and any other relevant documentation to support my claim.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
