    Technicians sent to do the floors (paid $750 in advance and $800 plus when finished) did not do a great job, arrived one and a half hours late. More distressing, at the time I discovered that $50 on a shelf in a closet that they worked in was taken. Subsequently, I realized that they also snatched my deceased husbands gold ring with a star sapphire stone (in the same closet) was also stolen The local (Manhattan) franchisee, ************************* chose to deny my report of the thefts and just disregard the whole situation . I did file a report wIth the police who did come to the apartment, but without hard proof they are unable to be helpful Perhaps BBB can flag Sir Grout for disregarding this complaint re workers that steal at the job when the situation is enabling
