    Website does not allow you to preview your order, it also forces you to purchase additional product in order to make original purchase. Contacted company by phone to cancel order and i was told it was shipped already, and never recieved a confirmation email. 2 months later i did not recieve it and contacted them by email and responce was an email saying it has now been sent. So false adverising of rush order, then lied to about it being shipped. Then for me to return product i had to pay for shipping which required an email with a process on how to do so including a refernce # on package and was told i have to wait 5-7 buisness days for them to proccess it. 11 buisness days after the recieved i still had no refund so i contacted then yet again. Went thru the painful process of them apologizing and repeating themselves and being told there is a restocking fee of $10/bottle so they can check the condition and quantity and then sanitize (i did not open packaging) which is not stated on their website. Asked to speak to a supervisor, manager or anyone higher in authority and they have no one for me to speak to. All contact with them was very automated and repetitive and nothing personal about it. So for those not happy the product expect to loose money. I recommend NOT to order from this company and to order thru amazon or someone more reputable.
