    I signed up for their membership in September 1 and contacted them on September 11 to cancel the membership because of lack of my time and does not fit to my schedule. They refuse to do that. I was trying to contact manager. He never picked up the phone on me and once when he picked up, he said he gonna call me back but never did so. My issue was resolved two months later. I'm getting the emails for them treading about the collection bureaus and they refusing to cancel my Contractbecause I moved out of state which they verbally explained to me when I was signing up to the membership that if you move out of state or if you have any health issues, they cancel contract with no problem at. All. It is a lie they never did they keep sending me emails and when I responded to that email with my deed of my new house in **********, which is out of New York lady contact me over the phone never responded to the email telling me that I have to pay $100 move violation or moving fee. That's what they call it to cancel my contract. I have to pay $100 to cancel my contract because I moved out of state this is nonsense.

    Me and my husband are moved and we are trying to cancel the membership at the gym. First time we called there and they said that the membership will be closed but they simply lied to us, they did not send us an email with proof with cancellation and next month we were charged again. Then my husband went there personally and they again lied in to his eyes that they will cancel and they didnt. I tried to call them couple times but they were extremely **** and will not cancel no matter what. And now they are threatening us to ruin our credit.

    I am moving and I tried to cancel the membership at the gym, but they will not send me an email for me to provide proof in order for it to be canceled and refuse to cancel it. High fee to cancel and do not explain contracts well. They will not cancel it no matter what and threaten to ruin my credit.
