    If only I could leave a minus 100 stars FOR this Business. I purchased two black kitchen counter tops that was in there warehouse and delivered to me, damaged..... When these items were delivered the driver said it was just dust. After trying to wipe the so call dust off, I found that both counters I purchased was damaged, with the shade of black different in sections of the counters and there were dents of white tiny markings covering the counters. Not part of the what I purchased. It took almost a month for the store come pickup the damaged merchandise. During that month, I constantly called each day they were open about the pickup and was spoken to very nasty by the owner of the business as he told me he was and the clerk that sold me the purchase, named ****. I even got telephone calls from the two above threatening me about keeping the counters or they would put a lien on my credit card, which is not possible... Once I disputed the charge with ***** these individuals made up a lie that I picked up the counters from the store and I still have them in my home. They falsified the invoice they had given me a copy of, by changing the date, adding a stamp and writing a signature on the receipt trying to make their claim I picked the counters up and still have the counters and never returned them to the store. I sent ***** a copy of the original receipt showing the delivery date, with no stamp or signature on it showing I picked up the counters. The best part was pictures from my **** doorbell camera showing the delivery of the counters by their employee and truck across my driveway in Oct' 2024 and the pickup of the counters with a picture of another employee of the business, and another truck across my driveway in Nov' 2024. I have been a homeowner for 38 years in Brooklyn, NY and have never encountered a business that would stoop so low as to lie, threaten and falsified an invoice to avoid giving back 725.00 for damage merchandise. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.
