I signed up with Zencare as a healthcare provider in order to increase my client inquiries - which is what they promise. It has been 5 months since I joined their directory and have received zero client inquiries and no meaningful support from Zencare since then (unlike the incessant emails and calls I received before I agreed to register). I have been in touch with several other clinicians who have had a similar experience and who all chose to terminate their agreements with this business. I realize I signed a one year agreement to pay a monthly fee but I find it deeply troubling and frustrating that there is no way out of this agreement when I am paying them and receiving *zero* ROI. In fact, now I'm operating at a deficit because I'm spending more money each month and receive nothing in return from this business. This is what I have paid so far:One-Time Setup Fee (Remote Professional Photo/Videoshoot): $80.00 Zencare Membership: $59.00 x 5 months = $295 Total Amount paid: $375.00 I would like to be able to terminate my contract so that I do not have to pay them $60/month for the next 7 months, which is a real drain to my very small personal business. I feel like a fool and like I've invested in a pyramid scheme somehow. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.
