    I placed an order for a product via the companies website found on their instagram profile. I received a confirmation email but have been unable to reach the business for shipping status. I've reached the company via ****************** called the number saved on ******* sent an email to ******************************** (provided on ******** I want a full refund of $41.

    I placed an order with honeydew holistics on July 18 at 8:51 PM. The order was for three items totaling $93 including shipping. The only communication I received via email was confirming that my order was received. Like most orders you will receive a follow up email communication stating that the order has shipped. I waited two weeks with no follow that order was in process or shipped. I reached out on August 1 via email as well as on Instagram. I requested a refund or a status update on the order that was placed on July 18.On August 2 I received a response requesting the details of my online order and the total. I forwarded her a screenshot of the email confirming the items I paid for online.She told me I would have to wait While she works on it and pay an additional $50 clearance fee to process it. I declined to pay the $50 as I did not see the reason why I should have to give any extra money for an order that was extremely late. In addition to the order being late there was a lack of any remorse and accountability. Being that I declined to pay the additional $50 I asked if I could be provided the tracking number that way I can see what happened. Normally once an order is processed and shipped tracking information is sent out for me to even see what transpired. She declined to provide me any information.I expressed to her as the customer who is unsatisfied that I feel like I was being gypped.She stated for me to let her know when I am ready to pay the clearance fee reach out to her or wait another 14 days for my order because the order was not with her.I explain to her that I will wait the additional 14 days as I was not paying an extra $50. I did not feel that was fair to make that request of me. I asked her to send me some sort of confirmation just to give me peace of mind that the order has been processed. She proceeded to explain that it was not her *********** get confirmation information of the shipped order in 2 wks. Still nothing

    On July 23, 2022, I purchased services for two people at Honeydew Holistics ************* Shop to be utilized on July 30, 2022, at 12:45pm. I purchased these services via Honeydew Holistics ************* Shop's website and chose a specific day and time that was convenient for my schedule and the website stated the day and time was available. I even received a confirmation from their website for the day and time of my (the customer) choice.However, when I showed up for the purchased services on the day and time I chose, the business was closed. I called the number on the door of the business and was met with the owner, ****** who informed me that she attempted to call me to inform me that she could not make the schedule appointment and wanted to make ask if I wanted to reschedule. I informed her that for one reason or another I had not received her correspondence and it was irrelevant that I travelled for an appointment that she cancelled. She attempted to use a play on words by saying she wasn't cancelling she was attempting to reschedule at my convenience. Well, my convenience was the original day and time that I scheduled, and I was not interested in rescheduling. I requested a refund for which ****** refused to give me stating her website says no refunds, which I totally understand, if I was the one who did not hold up my part of the agreement from July 23, 2022. However, that was not the case. She as a business owner made an appointment with me for a specific time and day and she as the business owner for whatever reason did not hold up her end of the agreement made July 23, 2022. She expected me to either wait around until 2pm on July 30, 2022, because that is when she was available, or she wanted to force me to reschedule with her at "my convenience", which again was the original day and time I made the appointment. A business owner with integrity would have owned his/her s**** up and would have refunded my money when it was requested. This one argued.
