      I ordered 2 sets of headsets from bang&Olufsen official website, and they sent to me by ***, supposed to deliver to my door for my signature. However, *** left the items in an access point that I have never been to.2 days later somebody fraud my ID and picked them up. I was in ********* then and saw the email, I called B&O right away, and they filed claims. The *** access point has camera, its pretty easy to figure out who picked them up. They are either not really working on this, or just want to blame me on this and not refund me.

      I ordered the portal headset thats compatible with Xbox series x. My headset is defective and B&O acknowledged that. I was offered a selection of headset that arent compatible with my headset and B&O acknowledged that also. I informed them that I had no use for the product on the list and my case was closed. I feel like B&O staff were trying to bully me into accepting a device that would be useless to me

      The facts are:1. The 2 speakers that I returned to their California repair facility lost either the warranty return or if after repairs were done. Everytime I get a different story. So I am also being lied to constantly because different agents tell me different/policy procedures.2. Secondly I have repeatedly ask the B&O corporation to step forward and make good with new speakers ASAP because this alleged loss was NOT my fault. And by the *************** keeping me on hold clearly is a violation of my rights as a consumer, this behavior goes against their legal and corporate compliance policies.Both the corporation and repair facility need to know that if need be I will send this to my attorney for legal action. These 2 speakers cost me over 1200$ and I am not going to loose that amount because of there business ignorance and lies.
