    I ordered outdoor speakers for a wedding. At the wedding, the power cable stopped working. After scrambling to replace it, one of the speakers also stopped working after a few minutes. I have returned the speakers to the company, and they are refusing a refund and have claimed that the unit was damaged in shipping back to them. They are replacing it, but I have no confidence that the unit will work. I am still asking for a refund, but they have terrible customer service. On the phone, I can only speak with their first-line customer service person. In email I get the same replay of their previous messages from whom I assume is a supervisor. I'm very frustrated by this experience and do not recommend anything from this company.

    I purchased a PTA2000BT due to the nice price point. It got here quick. I Hooked it up, everything worked great except the *** and 1/4 ports on the back of the amplifier did not work. Figured was a fluke. Ordered a new one, same issue. Contacted customer support with ****. They said it was a faulty amp and to order a new one. I was reasonably upset and let them know. While speaking with them, they hung up on me mid-sentence.

    I purchased a SereneLife portable air conditioner from Amazon. After a year it started having issues throwing a E4 error code. I submitted a warranty repair claim on the website as instructed. Its been over 2 weeks now and I havent been able to get ahold of customer support. They do not have a contact number just fill out the form and wait. My warranty doesnt expire for a few months and I am highly disappointed and irritated with this company. We spent hundreds of dollars on a product and now we cant get any help. Serene life sent the request to Pyle USA for support and I still cant get any assistance on my warranty issue.

    Bought a Serene life, sauna, ************* burned up before the fuse. Should not be sold in ******* and shouldnt be UL listed. Truly of fire hazard. Had not my home been built with arc breakers this could have caught on fire. Been lied to by customers service was told I would be contacted in 24 hours that was three weeks ago. This is sold on Amazons and **** as the best product Buyer beware and very careful. I wouldnt even give them one star.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a guitar from Pyle USA online. Never received the item, despite receiving an email saying it had shipped. Finally was told the item was not available, so I ordered a replacement item. After this item never arrived, I contacted customer service 3 times. They were unable to locate the order, but promised to update me within 3 days. Unable to speak with anyone at the business. Fortunately, I paid for the second item via PayPal, so I have filed a complaint and request for a refund from PayPal. DO NOT TRUST THIS MERCANT!

    Awful customer service, didn't honor warranty, wouldn't replace the broken part of the entire thing. Really terrible communication, long delays and rejected me in the end. Extremely frustrating and highly unrecommendable! I will never buy with **** (of SHEEET) Audio ever again!

    I ordered a paddle board from ***** brand SereneLife. It arrived defective, so I contacted customer service to send a replacement and I would return the defective board. Its been 6 weeks and the company has not replaced the item or provided a refund. **************** can only be reached by email, they wait days to respond, and then tell me they are waiting on approval to process a refund. It has become clear to me they are instructed to defer until I go away. Sending a broken item and not offering a replacement product is a scam. Avoid this company at all costs!!

    Ordered a **** pda69bu small receiver to drive bookshelf speakers. Arrived and worked for 1 day past the 30 day return window. The amp shut itself off, except the blue k*** light and would never come back on. When it arrived I followed directions and registered immediately and they sent email that I received an extended 3 month warranty so 15 months. Contacted customer support through thier email stating the issue and they emailed "Thank you for reaching out". Nothing else. I tried again several days later and got a response " Cherios". WTF? I reached back out and no response, then again and stated I would seek legal action. Got a response that asked to send the receipt, order #. I complied, and then no response again with instructions on how to claim warranty work. Called their on line customer support, go through automated options and get to the warranty ***** then it just clicks to a busy signal on every attempt. This looks like a chinese hacking scam, nabbing our information, phone # and such. Sent more emails, no response.. Do not do business with any brand related to ****!

    Extremely poor quality in plastic material it manufacturers. I think there mixtures wrong, never have seen anything like it.!Got to a point to where the one that had fallen out of the ceiling if you touched the plastic it was turning to powder.All 4 are deteriorating definitely a manufacturing issue. **************** is a joke. Had to of have known about for a long looking at other reviews online that have the same issues. time and Its not like they just stopped working they turned it to a weapon.Should be a class action law suite on this company
