      I spoke to about 8 people because they keep transferring me and Im not getting my issue resolved. I dont recommend this agency is like people are there acting like they working but dont know what they doing and they rather put you on hold than sounding like and get rid of you

      My father had ********************** recently. Was assigned for **************** and referred to this company. A nurse went to see him the day after he got home from the hospital and did all that was necessary and told us that within a few days, a therapist should come by and start PT on him. That never happened. I called everyday for almost a week with no solution. I was given the run around. They never called me to make any confirmation. According to them, no one was available to come treat my father. But they were quick to reach out to his insurance. We will make sure they arent trying to scam my dads insurance. Its been nearly 2 weeks and weve taken matters in our own hands as far as his leg goes. This company is garbage. I can only imagine they have to be fraudulent as well. Given the majority of the reviews, this seems to be a common theme for them. Do not solicit services from this company because you will never get it.

      Disgusting company. Rude and discriminatory staff who yell at the Home aids and never call back or give updates. The coordinators are the absolute worst to speak to. And the pay is extremely inconsistent and incorrect.

      False ***************** Patients Health in Jeopardy This is a business with a history of poor ******** refer to NYT 2014 article exposing their shady practices. Americare placed me in harm's way following my discharge from Inpatient Rehab. Once home, they were supposed to set up a Visiting Nurse evaluation of my situation and need for continued care. They were MIA * did not return my calls; once an appointment was set, they didn't show up or call. I had to advocate hard to get them to keep the mandated assessment appointment by Visiting Nurse which needs to be done within ***** hours; they lie about appointments, don't return calls * cancel appointments 5 minutes before they are due to arrive; their needs assessment is flawed * it delayed my getting appropriate * necessary care. I also plan to investigate their billing practices as I suspect ******** fraud.

      Their are unfair.. Don't pay all the time. Pay is always wrong or no pay.
