      I have a sister in a department I don't know but is in a room I only have the number but not sure. I worried too much about the fact that she only speaks Spanish, I did not want her to feel alone.I went to visit my sister because she has dementia and she is alone. The person in charge of letting people visit told me that I needed to be vaccinated. This happens to be around 3 in the afternoon on October 13, 2022. Not only did she tell me I had to be vaccinated, but this person also told me I needed to have all the booster shots to let me in. Then I went to see the hospital policy on the internet, and it is clearly stated that if I have a negative test within the next 24 hours, I will be able to visit and go inside the building. For some reason, that person appears to be a female, but I don't have the name of that individual. The person did not explain any information correctly.Perhaps the fact that I am ******** has something to do with that person's behavior toward me. I'm not sure why the hospital hired that person to do that job when they couldn't even address me with the correct information.In addition, and to confirm, I called administration and received the correct information, but I need to report this incident because it is not acceptable how I had been treating it.
