      I want to thank ******* and **** for their support and professionalism during my Housing Connect application process for ************* I was selected and submitted all of my required documents the same day. I am fully prepared and eager to move in as soon as possible, with no restrictions and all documentation in order.I am currently waiting for email replies from both ******* and **** and look forward to hearing back soon. I truly hope Reside NYC continues to work efficiently and maintains the great communication shown so far. This opportunity means the world to me, and being selected for this apartment would be a dream come true and a tremendous blessing.I look forward to moving into the next step and scheduling an appointment. Im also excited to leave another excellent review based on the continued experience and support from both care managers. Thank you again for your time and dedication!

      Its a monopoly. They own 90% of the buildings on *************** . We all have the same complaintsSUBMIT DOCUMENTS AND THEN YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM. ** just need to end the housing lottery and bring back rent stabilization

      Horrible company. They discriminate against New Yorkers who are in need of these housing lottery's. They are supposed to assist but you get hung up on, lied to, mislead and they will ghost you. ******** needs to stop using them as a 3rd party, middle man, to assist with the housing lottery. They are extremely unprofessional to the level of they do not even know who went to see what apartment and when, they will call you and make you re-send things over and over. Why can't ******** take care of this process internally? It is supposed to be fair but it is not.

      This company is used to assist with the *** housing lottery for low income residents. I have applied multiple times and received low Log numbers, but never received a call or update after they requested documents being submitted online. I have attempted sending email, and called for a status update, with no help or viewing of the apartments. No letter or explanation as to why my application may have not moved forward. Companies like this one are the reason why people believe the housing lottery are rigged and given to family or friends of the people overseeing them. From my experience dealing with *************, it seems to be true and disgusting.
