The owner of KERG Consulting agreed to provide a referral fee of $1,250 for each client I referred to her. In August 2024, I referred a client to her, and according to our arrangement, I was supposed to receive the referral payment once the individual signed a contract with her. After the payment became overdue, I reached out to request the referral. The individual I referred expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided. I explained to the owner that I would take the referral fee and pass it on to the referred individual, as the situation reflects poorly on me for recommending her. When I contacted her, she confirmed that she would send the payment via *****. After providing my Zelle details, I received a message stating that she had decided not to honor the referral fee. Given that we currently have a contract in place, I am requesting that she fulfill her obligation as per our agreement. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/04/2025

I do not need to respond to someone that is mentally disturbed. This person came to us seeking employment and I turn down the offer because she is NOT a good fit for our team. I refused to waste time on someone that is trying so hard to be vindictive when her husband should seek professional help for her. We will have our attorney handle this situation.
