    Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
    I am contacting you because I fell into the hands of a fraudster with a law degree. Further down the line, my name is ********** ****** and I needed an immigration lawyer to get a green card, since I have been married to a US citizen for almost 25 years. My case was not easy, in the past, 23 years ago I was convicted of money laundering.
    I was recommended to a lawyer named **** ******* who set a price and took on my case. He dragged his feet and did nothing, did not show up in court or at the immigration office even once but got all the payments. A year ago, on October 5, 2023, he finally filed an application for I485.
    Then I called him and said that according to my information, in the case where the answer did not come after 150 days, you can apply for a work permit I765. A day later, he answered me that he had already filed. Since there was no answer for a very long time, I asked him to confirm that he filed it. At first, he didn't answer, then he said he would send it now, and three months later he said he had just filed it, but if I wanted to speed up the process, I would have to pay for it again.
    I refused, and then he started threatening me. Help me and his future victims, remove **** ****** from the list of New York State attorneys.
