    Prior to my surgery on 3/14/24 I was told by my insurance company that my out of pocket was mostly met and the most i would have to pay is $139.39. After my surgery i got the bill and it was $678. I called my insurance multiple times and they said they will look into it and nobody got back to me. Then on 7/16/24 after speaking numerous times i was told that the representative gave me misinformation and i owe more money. I even had a reference number to the call when the representative told me i will only have to pay $139.39. They said i should send an appeal. I sent and appeal and followed up a few time and no answers for me. Today 3/5/25 i called for an update again and they said they higher *** are not budging because it was patient responsibility. First of all nobody ever go back to me i had to keep calling and they dragged this on a year to tell me i have to pay! Shouldnt somebody take responsibility for giving me the wrong information?! I dont just have the money to pay this now! I would like if you can please take a look into this. Thank you! I appreciate it!

    Hi,

    This is the reference number to the call prior to my surgery where I was told I would have to pay only ******.                     Reference # ********

    Here is the reference number to the call that I had with them recently on 2/11/25 saying yes the information she gave me was correct and she will make sure they see my appeal and get answers. ********.

    I have attached my bill and I have attached the Appeal that I sent to UHP Administrators.
