    My mother and I signed a contract with the above mentioned company in May of 2023 to renovate our apartment. Before signing this contract the owner of the company informed us that the renovation of our one bedroom apartment would take no more than 4-6 weeks to complete. Not only did it *********** months to complete our project, but we believe we were highly overcharged for the quality of work we received. Victoria Lee Interiors' team of individuals working on-site have damaged our property, stolen from us, and overall delivered sloppy work. After repeatedly asking Victoria Lee Interiors to fix mistakes made by team members around the apartment, we were assured the work would be completed, which it was not. Additionally, members of her team threw out a brand new TV in our apartment, broke our new stove, stole our HVAC condenser (which delayed the project), and stole one of our HVAC remotes which was replaced by an old remote. The Victoria Lee Interiors team also did not properly install plumbing in our shower, leaving us with no running hot water in the shower while we are living here. Further, upon the arrival of our glass shower door, Victoria Lee Interiors did not allow them to install it into our bathroom, demanded the door be sent back and then still expected payment for the door. Overall we feel as though the amount of money we paid did not reflect the services and quality of work we were provided.

    In November 2022, we sought her assistance after a house fire left us devastated and in need of help designing our home. We entrusted her with an $11,000 fee and a $30,000 furniture budget, spending $10,000 on furniture. The agreement included Design Concepts, Floor Plans, Spatial Layout Plans, Material Sourcing, Product/Furniture, 3D Rendering, and a move-in-ready promise.Unfortunately, the home was not move-in ready as assured, and we found ourselves sleeping on air mattresses after moving in May 2023. Faced with minimal communication, missed deadlines, and a lack of progress, we terminated the contract in August 2023. As per the agreement, she was to refund the remaining budget of $20,340.32 and half of our fee, totaling $4,206.67. We were also expecting links for outstanding purchases, emphasizing our primary concern for reclaiming our furniture budget to complete our home furnishing.Despite our understanding approach, only $10,000 has been returned, and our attempts to reach her through email, text, and calls have gone unanswered. As of December 2023, the outstanding funds remain unreturned, leaving us no recourse but to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau. The situation has added considerable distress after the loss of our home and belongings in the fire, and we earnestly seek your guidance in rectifying this matter and obtaining the full refund we are owed.
