    I dropped off my package april 3 2025. The representative told my box will go out Friday which is the next day. To maimi then ship buy air to ******. I called 5 days later to track my package and the manager at the ************* location was very rude and disrespectful because I had some concerns about my package. I was explaining to the manager that most shipping company does not take 12 days to ship by air and i guess that was a mistake I made by telling him that so he just hangup the phone.The manager at this location lied to me said my package will be in ****** by the 8th of April now it's the ************************************** ********. How can this company take advantage of people and still run a business in our community. Nicnat is lieing and taking advantage of people shipping to the carribean. The have to list the delivery days so customers can make an informed decision. ********************** can't just charge someone tthe price for express air service and don't provide it. I Shipped my package expecting it to arrive no later than 7 day now it going on 12 day and my package didn't even leave ******** yet. Now my event will not take place because of nicnatdirect.
