    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against Revel, a ride-sharing company that promotes the use of electric vehicles. I am very conscious of my carbon footprint and try to walk or bike everywhere, but when I need to use ride-sharing services, I prefer to use companies that prioritize environmental sustainability, such as Revel.I recently had a negative experience with Revel that has left me frustrated and inconvenienced. I had accumulated $30 of promotion credit and planned to use it for a ride to the airport, but when I went to book the ride, the credit was no longer available. I contacted Revel customer service and was informed that the credit had expired earlier in the month. I was never informed of the expiration date or given any warning that the credit was going to expire, which was very frustrating.This lack of transparency has caused me inconvenience and frustration. I had checked the app multiple times to ensure that I had enough funds for my planned trip and was not given any indication that the promotion credit was going to expire. I had to rush this morning to take the train to my closest airport, barely making it on time to check in and get through security.I believe that Revel should be more transparent about its promotion credit policies, including clear expiration dates and warnings. I would like Revel to be more transparent in its communication and policies regarding promotion credits. I also believe that the company should take steps to ensure that its customers are informed of changes on their account, including credits.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that Revel can address these issues and take steps to improve its communication and customer service in the future.

    Driver fell asleep behind wheel of car in traffic never got to my destination and still was charged a fare no one called or got back to me yet

    Was charged by REVEL MOPED with parking violation for moped that was illegally moved by pedestrians. $65 . Twice. Its a scam.
