    Like many others here, DecorPlanet.com shipped me a broken TOTO toilet and refused to refund or replace it because I did not report it within 48 hours. I spent $4000 (and had planned to spend more during my bathroom and kitchen remodel). They strapped three toilets to a pallet, with one sideways on top against ****'s clear instructions on the box. The toilet on top was shattered in the box. This was not discovered until *********** came a couple weeks after delivery. I'm not sure how they expect homeowners to move giant, heavy boxes themselves to check the products. And if I had cut the boxes open on the side, that would have totally risked breaking all of them. I can't believe their model is to lose out on all my future business so that they can keep $700. Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased with them; I hope others see these reviews and will find another place to shop. (Side note: **** themselves provided AMAZING customer service and is replacing the toilet themselves!

    I Placed an order for two expensive vanity faucets. I received no confirmation of a ship date despite repeated emails to customer service. (never responded) I called customer service and after holding for 30 minutes, I was asked to leave my number for a callback, I never received a return call. I canceled the order through their website link and never received a confirmation email. Meanwhile, my funds are tied up until this gets resolved.

    I purchased a vanity from them through Wayfair. It's a little over a year. The finish on the vanity is bubbling and peeling all over the place. ******* wouldn't do anything since they only warranty for one year and its been IMPOSSIBLE to get anywhere with DecorPlanet. They claimed I had to go to their wholesale distributor RMG DIST., but you can't get anyone on the phone.They haven't returned calls or emails. Don't buy from them!!!
