*I sent this email on May 1st and have not received a response ************************************* I re-sent it 14 days later, still heard nothing. I have contacted their sales department and heard nothing. I attempted their customer service AI chat box twice, no resolution! I am reaching out because I recently purchased one of your dispensers from Lowes approximately 5 months ago and I have had a horrible experience with the device working. In mid-March, my wife found the unit leaking water all over our countertop and floor. The connections were secure, but it appeared to be coming from the base of the unit. We turned off the heating element and stopped using it for a 1 week. I figured maybe it was the condenser, so we just drank tepid room temp water for perhaps 5 weeks. Just an hour ago prior to crafting this message, it happened again. Water on our floor and countertop. Soaking everything. The back of machine is not wet, so the entry port from the water source does not seem to be the issue. No water leaking from the water line. No water leaking from either spigot. It is again coming from the base. It appears some of the internal components (compressor or otherwise) are defective and leaking. Attached you will find:(1) a picture taken of the device's information sticker (2) a screenshot of my email receipt of the purchase (3) a pdf of the Lowes receipt from my Lowes account I have a 1 year warranty and would appreciate a new unit. I would be happy to send this defective one back so it can be opened up and the issue studied so other customers do not have to undergo the same issues. This company is a scam! Ordered a drink dispensing device in January and it arrived with faulty parts. Support requested video proof which I sent and then they ceased all contact. Wouldnt answer email, calls, or texts. Do not purchase from this **************!! You will be out all the money you spent because you wont even be able to contact them for a return. I ordered a water filtration/dispenser system from Drinkpod on 8/4/2023. I thought it had similar features to a different one that they had on their website. When it arrived I checked the installation manual and found that it didn't have the feature that we needed. I looked on their website for return information and couldn't find any so I left a message on their website asking about a return policy on 8/13. I got a reply on 8/14 that their return policy is 14 days with no other information. I replied on 8/14 asking if they would send an RMA or what was needed. They didn't reply so I emailed again on 8/16 asking if they were going to wait until the 14 days were up to give me an answer. They replied asking for a copy of my receipt which I promptly emailed to them on 8/16. I emailed them again on 8/17. On 8/18 they emailed asking if I wanted to swap for the other model. I asked for specifics and they said they would refund $150 which they said was a difference in the price. I asked for an itemized offer on 8/18 and have not heard back from them. I have sent 4 more emails (8/18, 8/20,and 8/21) one of them with my phone number asking for someone to call me and have left 3 phone messages (8/17, 8/21, and 8/22), none of which have been returned. I would like someone from their to give me instructions/RMA/Return shipping label so that I can return the product for a full refund. Based on their poor customer service, and lack of timely response, I lack confidence in their ability to to provide sufficient care and support if we were to purchase the alternate product which will require regular filter replacement.Customer Answer

Purchased a water cooler from them back in August of 2022. Arrived with no problem but was surprised I didn't recieve the one I purchased but a larger one.After only 3 months the whole compressor is now shot and not working. When I try to reach out to them for support I have received no response or communication.I see now why I recieved a different cooler I don't beleive I recieved a new one but one that got returned.My ask is simple, reimburse me for the cooler and then let me find my own way to get it fixedCustomer Answer

I purchased this in July 2022. It came in, it's beautiful, connected easily to my water line but the "butons", really just pictures on the cellophane surface, seemed difficult to operate but I figured I'd get used to them. I haven't they are just difficult to use and they don't operate consistently. I noticed that sometimes when I hit the cold water selection, I would actually get steaming HOT water even though I hadn't unlocked the hot water!That's the way it went until October. Then the cold water stopped working. The compressor NEVER engages, the cold water indicator does not come on and when you get "cold" water to dispense rather than HOT it is **** warm, I assume from sitting inside the machine by the preheathed water which does still work. I quickly check Amazon, nope I'm past the return date.So I call DrinkPod. I get a VM stating all of our representatives are busy please leave your name, number and a short description of the issue and we will return your call. I leave the requisite information and await my call back. 2 days later still nothing so I call again, leave a message again, no call back but listening to the message, hey they have e-mail support! Please e-mail us at S U P P O R T at Drink .... Pod dot com. If you ever call, you will know exactly why I typed it that way. Days later, no call back, no e-mail back NOTHING.Ok, Maybe I'm calling at a bad time.Call Monday 8:00 AM central time. Same.Call Monday 12:00 PM central time. Same.Call Monday 4:00 PM central time. There were no returninstructions in the box. I've since tried to call 3 times (3 detailed vms left), I have emailed, and even tried to use the chat feature with no success. I've left an online review since I was emailed a link to review my order and noted my negative experience. I even tried to contact on ******** private message and wasn't able to do so (**** COULDN'T SEND in red).In my last voicemail on Tuesday, I said my next step was to contact the BBB. You should not have to make 7 UNSUCCESSFUL attempts over 5 different channels to schedule a return for an expensive ***** product. I would have never placed a ***** replacement order below if I knew I couldn't easily return this first product. I assumed it was a legit business, but it is not acting like one. I am currently without filtered water for my clients. I bought an Onyx to install in my new home in June and we moved in end of July. I reached out to **************** for help on Aug 24th and then asked me to plug in a different outlet and then sent me the manuals but it did not address the issue. I have since been trying to get customer service to help and they occasionally respond asking for additional information but go radio silent after that. We purchased our Drinkpod **** on November 17th, 2021 and just under a year later, the unit malfunctioned and now leaks every time we use it, which has ruined the piece of furniture it sits on. We contacted Drinkpod November 16th, 2022 about receiving a replacement or at least some guidance on how to fix it. They rarely answer their phone, and they don't return voice messages. They respond to online chats every few days without any helpful information. My communication with them has been going on for almost a month with no resolution in sight. Miraculously, I managed to get someone on the phone today - I explained my issue and he put me on hold for over 5 minutes and then the call was just disconnected. I called back twice and now nobody is answering. I am outraged that a business can offer a one year manufacturer warranty and then can behave this way. We spent over $400 on this unit and expect it to last over a year and if for some reason it doesn't, I expect communication and resolution for the issue. After reading the other complaints here on BBB, I can see that this is a pervasive issue with this company.Customer Answer

I purchased a Drinkpod Onyx Water Dispenser in June 2022 that worked for approximately for one and half days. I contacted the company and was told to return it to them for replacement. It took the company over a month to send a shipping label to return the defective unit. I received an email response only after I threatened to write a bad review. I received a new unit and when I was finally able to get it installed and it worked for approximately two and a half weeks. I was extremely lucky and was actually able to speak to someone who told me to return the dispenser for repair or replacement. This company is EXTREMELY bad about answering the phone, returning calls, responding to voice or email messages.They have had my dispenser since October 12, 2022.On October 24, ************************************************************************** my dispenser was being reprogrammed and would be sent back. I call and/or email this company on a daily basis--I request that my repaired dispenser be returned or a new dispenser be sent or a refund be issued. I have gotten NO RESPONSE.Customer Answer
