    This company is misrepresenting their products they claim you are buying direct from retailers but in reality they are selling used and broken goods. Their website claims you are purchasing premium product but is apparent that this is picked over, used and broken. These guys are a scam and hide behind a waiver they require you to sign before receiving the product. Very shady business practices

    It is quite surprising to see a complaint on a truckload of Amazon truckloads.  In fact, similar loads to the one ******************** received are on a two-week backorder due to their popularity.  We have a really high retention rate on these loads as most of our customers who have received one usually reorder another.  I actually spoke with ***** about his load on 12/14/2022.  When I asked ***** why he hadnt contacted us previously, as I surely cannot help him more than, 45 days after he received the load, ***** informed me the merchandise had been sitting in a storage facility.  We even offered him $1000 credit on a future order. After conversing with ***** further it seemed that, he was no longer interested in selling these items.  We tried encouraging ***** to sell the merchandise as most of our customers turn a profit on these loads, but he was unmotivated.  Please understand we provide valuable merchandise which customers have built steady incomes with, it is now our responsibility if a customer in uninterested in exerting efforts.  I am also unable to assist a customer if I do not hear from them for such a long period of time. We encourage the BBB to remove this complaint from our public profile, as this does not represent who we are. We have been in business for over 20 years, and with 3 complaints which have been resolved compared to the hundreds of orders we get monthly does not accurately show how many happy and repeat customers we actually have. The reason why we are responding so late to this complaint is that the email was in our spam folder for an email that we do not often use. We would have normally responded much quicker.

    This is all false, they never offered a credit and i would never order a truck from these scam artists again anyways. These guys are making a bad name in this industry and dont deserve anyones business. They know they sell bad trucks. This is much more complicated than can be written but it is obvious that these guys are not the ones to be doing business with. They lied from the get go about where ghe truck was coming from as well as the word premium is attached to their website, this was not premium.
