    This liquor store sold me a bottle that was slightly open and had dead fruit flies between the plastic cap and the bottle top cover I didnt notice this until I had already left the store and I smelled liquor spilled in my car. I told the manager about this and he looked me in the face and said that this wasnt his bottle. I even asked him to scan the bar code to see that this is in deed his bottle that came from his store and he told me to leave and Im playing games with him. I automatically felt like I was being robbed, so I called the police to help me in this matter. When the police came all they did to de-escalate the situation, they hand me back the bottle and told me to report it here and that I could not go back into the store. This took place on September 29, 2024 at 9:17 PM and it was a bottle of 1800 Tequila Coconut 1.75L for *****, card transaction number is **********.

    This person is trying to commit fraud he bought a bottle from us and pay with card to play game with us we gave him brand new bottle and after half an hour he came to my store and he said your bottle is broken and fly inside and I showed him a video while handing the bottle to him he saw that I gave perfect bottle mad he bring he old bottle with broken seal very dirty label from back and I showed him the camera video the bottle I gave him was perfect and I showed to the police and also and I showed him my other bottles also so basically he brings old broken bottle to from old time and trying to scam us and all the barcode in back of bottle are the same all over in the ************* end of the story I dont know where he bought that bottle Iam the owner of the store I was there at that time
