    To whom it may concern,

We are liscenced locksmiths with over 40 years of experience. **** contacted our company to install a tubular deadbolt on his apartment door. When the technician arrived he noticed that the door had compound/plaster on the metal door that was used to cover old holes from previous locks. The technician informed **** since the proper metal door filler such as bondo was not used, and there was no way to know the location of pre - existing holes that there was a possibility of the plaster breaking upon drilling. Once this was disclaimed to **** he agreed to proceed with the possible risk. During the installation a small piece of plaster cracked and fell. The lock was still installed and is operational. The technician explained to **** the missing plaster is not our responsibility and that he must contact maintenance of the building to perform repairs. Since our company does work for the building itself, the technician went out of his way and contacted the management directly to perform needed repairs. Once the technician was finished and contacted management, **** agreed with everything, inspected the lock, and paid in full. At 9.04am July 8th, ****** daughter contacted our company questioning why the door was not repaired yet. We informed ****** daughter that she should take up the needed repairs with management. She then proceeded to use offensive, volgur, and discriminating language and remarks.
