    I had a truck leasing agreement with this company where they would lease my truck out to a driver and I (Sky ******* Trucking llc) would be compensated weekly. They agreed they would cover tolls which they didnt. I received toll charges of greater than $541.81 which I had to pay. that they were supposed to pay me back. They also never paid me my last settle payment of $968 which we agreed on a specific date to end our business together on (8/22/22.)with the purpose of getting an exact amount that would be owed to me. I have made several attempts via telephone calls and emails. For over 3 months Ive been told that the would look into it. But nothing has been done about paying what is owed to me. Please help in any way possible.

    Our company YMXL previously operated the unit and provided full tanks of diesel fuel ($5.00 per gallon at 140 gals x 2) on the securement and return of the Unit ****. 

    Due to the truck owner not having the equipment required by DOT (an ***) our company contracted with ******* to have an engineer install and attach an Electronic Logging Device for compliance and for security.

     

    When the truck owners prematurely terminated their service agreement with us, they were obligated to return the *** device without damaging it. 
    Our company scheduled for a technician to come uninstall the device through *******, but this uninstall date was beyond the date the truck owners could allow, due to unknown reasons. 

    Our company released the vehicle on the agreed day of return, the truck owner was more than 24 hours late to the pickup at a paid parking lot, (we were later charged full price for the 1 day)

    Our company refused to breach our contract with *******, we have continued payments each month on the service as we await for the truck owners to accept ownership of the devices. This device is registered to the vehicle, 

    Every vehicle we acquire or manage has its own unique *** for compliance and security purposes. 

    Receipts for the most recent bill is attached. 

    Our team is auditing our records for the original contract and relevant  fuel purchase receipts. However, the truck owners were previously presented with the data and agreed to the ******* service,

    Our total costs since 8/22/22: $1105.20

    Our  cost of contracted service (contract total estimate remaining): +$1450.00 

    Our estimated value of devices (used devices) +$150.00

    Our total costs: $2855.20
