    I hope this message finds you doing well. I shipped a package on 12/19/22 at 12:30PM through this authorized ***** location. I paid $28 for 2 day shipping for delivery on 12/21/22. It is now 1/5/22 and my package has not been delivered. I escalated this through ***** and was told that my package is being held because the business, Mailroom Shipomg Center, has an outstanding balance with ***** and until its paid, my package is being held in a warehouse 45 min from the delivery location. I called the store today and was told that this should be resolved in 1-2 months. I asked to speak to a manager/owner and was told they only come in on Friday. ALL OF THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND FRAUDULENT.If they have a balance that is outstanding with the shipping companies, they should have not accepted packages or customers money. Waiting three weeks is bad, but 1-2 months is ridiculous. They are lying to customers, taking their money and not fulfilling obligations. I also contacted ***** as I was given a ***** tracking number. I was told that the company has to pay the balance and they cant deliver or return my package. Why is the customers being penalized for this. Is the Mailroom Shipping Center had an outstanding balance with ***** they should not have been allowed to generate ***** tracking numbers or accept packages. I am asking that my package is delivered or returned. I asked to be contacted by a manager/owner and have not received a phone call after 5 days of calling. I am continuously told that the manager only comes in on Fridays.
