    I shoot my TV to ********* back in September on the 23rd 2022 and it got damaged on the way there then sent back to the UPS store in Brooklyn and got even more damaged and now they're refusing to pay their insurance claim and they're dragging the process on for just about 4 months now

    Date of transaction 09/7/2022 Tracking number ****************** I packed and shipped a package at the UPS store on 9/7/22 and paid for insurance since it was an expensive and fragile item.The item was damaged in transit to the point it was completely destroyed.I have visited the store and spoken to the manager, ******, several times.I have also emailed several times and have not gotten a response, just the run-around.It's been over 3 months.I expect to get reimbursed for the delivery charges for the delivery of $198.57 as well as the insured amount of the item of $2000.UPS charged me for the delivery, destroyed my package, and has been avoiding me since September.

    I entered the location to return several packages by utilizing the bar code. As i entered the location (there were no customers), i went straight to the young man , placed my packages on the counter, proceeded to show him my bar code when another customer that entered behind me was apparently instructed to come beside me so that she could be taken care of first. This was rude and highly unprofessional. One customer should be taken care of at a time in order to avoid confusion. When i addressed the issue, the other customer made me feel threatened because she was too close to me. I was speaking to the younh lady who continued to service me after the young man walked away. I was insulted by this woman by being called aggressive when none of my actions dictated this type of insult. I had packages in both hands, a bag on my shoulder and i was in conversation with someone else when i entered yet i was prepared and ready to be serviced. The young man literally moved the scanner away from my phone to scan this other customers phone causing this entire unnecessary situation. Share ignorance is to blame as it relates to customer service at this location. Customers should be dealt with one at a time. If im at the register, another customer should not be interfering in my transaction. The customers will only do what is allowed by the staff. This is unacceptable and i believe the staff shpuld be retrained and i would also like an apology as i have done for any miscommunication they may have had with my body language despite my hands being full.
