I purchased 20 skits of pavers. On 4/30/2024 1st delivery consisted of 6 skits (2 Ravin/4 Dove) of which many were damaged. I contacted **** from Kings and then both **** and ***** from ******** came to my home to see the damaged pavers at which time ***** instructed me to continue to sort the pavers and keep the usable ones. On 5/20 the 2nd delivery consisting of 7 Dove skits arrived and again, many were damaged. From these 2 deliveries the total damaged were 3 1/2 skits of Dove pavers and 1/2 skit of ***** pavers. I spoke with ******* (Mgr or Spvr) at Kings and after consulting with his superiors they said they would replace 4 skits of Dove and 1 skit of ***** since they can't do 1/2 skits. On 5/29 the 3rd delivery arrived with the 5 replacement skits and the remaining 5 kits which was the balance of my order for a total of 10 skits. Again, there were damaged pavers. I called ******* from Kings again to inform him and both he and ***** from ******** came to my house to see the damaged pavers. I was instructed to sort through the skits again and the total damaged now were 4 1/2 skits of Dove and 1/2 skit of *****. I asked to be reimbursed for these last damaged skits which were not replaced and I opted to purchase artificial turf from Kings so I can move forward with my project instead of having them replace the pavers again only to receive defective pavers again, but now they have refused to reimburse me for these last damaged skits which were part of my original order that I paid for in full. ******* stated they did as much as they can and they are at a loss. Amount below is total of everything I purchased from Kings for my project, I am seeking reimbursement for only the last damaged skits.
