For the Lab Worq LLC, I made a test on Apr 14, in their station of ************* & ****,the station Code ********. When I make the payment, it can not show the code, and they told me the payment was failed , so I made the payment again ,the second time payment was successful. When I check my bank statement, I found they charge me twice, so I ask them refund the fee to me, they just told me the second payment was successful and the test (only one test) was performed, and they did not mention about the first payment, even I ask again ,they are always trying to steer clear of the subject.

In December 2022, I was exposed to Covid19. I am immunocompromised disabled so I needed to test myself as soon as I could. I went to the Healeze/Labworq tent on *********** btwn 4th and 5th avenues in Brooklyn.I spoke with the woman at the tent and asked if if the test was free. She assured me it was. She asked for my insurance card just to check it, then took my phone and tapped through most of the information, handed back to me and I took the two tests. It took a long time to get the results but my issue was months later I received a letter stating I might receive a bill from ******** (my SECONDARY insurance) for $100. I went digging. This company inflates the prices of both rapid and PCR tests when reporting it to insurance. They charged my insurance $450 per test. When I approached the woman in order to tell her that the test isnt free and people could very well be angry with her if shes giving false information and theyre receiving exorbitant bills - she asked incredulously - Not free? Then shrugged and raised the volume of what she was watching on her phone. There is nothing worse than a company and the individuals within that company knowingly taking advantage of people who are sick, vulnerable and even desperate. The woman at the kiosk is simply rude and complicit in this bait and switch insurance scam operation.
