    Lenco Diagnostic Laboratories with a "Make Checks Payable To" address of *************************************** been sending me bills for alleged services. I made an attempt to either pay a bill or see what would happen if I discussed the bill today on Nov 06 2023. When I called the phone number on the bill in question, which has "Statement Date" 10/25/2023 on it, I was told "that extension" doesn't work or very similar recorded wording. I then struck a different number and was sent to a man who I told that I wanted to pay a bill (as was the case during the time I made that statement; I reserve all rights regardless of the presence of such statement), and I was then transferred back to the same line a very similar line I had first been connected to, where instead of being given a way to pay such bill, I was told to strike a number for help a "that extension" doesn't work (or very similar wording). Based upon these facts, Lenco Diagnostic Laboratories appears to have been paid in full for the lab work they have done, but they may be planning to levy on me bogus charges if the same amount is not paid again. Therefore I request a final clear statement to the effect of the details mentioned in this BBB complaint for the account with the accession number ending in "138" that is 7 digits long, and is tied to the address used to submit this BBB complaint. Phone communication should not be performed in this case as it would cause jaw injury/grievances to me.

    I received a COVID test in advance of a medical procedure last year. I never received a bill for this procedure as, I live in *************, where COVID tests were almost universally free of charge.On August ************************************************************************************ to credit agencies for failure to pay a debt. This marks the first time in my life I have not paid a bill or been reported to a credit agency. My credit has suffered nearly 70 points.Lenco, as you can see from the attached emails has expressed no remorse nor have they offered to resolve it. Remarkably, the collection agency has actually been more remorseful and compassionate than this medical testing company.I will also be reporting Lenco to my Congressman ***************************** and to my ************ Member ***************, both with well deserved reputations for fighting for their constituents.In the midst of a pandemic, a medical testing lab's callous disregard for a patient is extremely telling of the current state of *******'s healthcare industry. I request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this and would like to note Lenco's problematic business practice so others may be aware. Will
