    I visited Dr. ********************** for my yearly wellness visit. He always requires for patient to pay $25.00 copay, even though there is no copay for wellness care. I got my lab results back and I called him (he never called me) to address a problem with one test coming up abnormal. Today I contacted my insurance company and they are investigating him as well. I am filing this complaint because he called me personally and told me to call him next week for my mammo results and then I am to find another doctor because he does not work for free. My insurance company paid him. His manners as a health provider is very poor. I sufer from anxiety and I had to leave work to call my health insurance company to report him and how he spoke to me. He told me to call him next week and once I get my radiology results, I am never to go to his office again. He was very angry and told me to find someone else who will work for free. He does not work for free and hung up on me. He has an obligation to follow his agreement with my insurance company. He should not be practicing if does not agree with my particular health insurance. He got paid and he is contantly asking me to go see a specialist that he recommends. He did not like that my response was, if my results come back requiring a breast specialist I will do my own research and go to my choice of a specialist. He tries to force me to go every year and requires a follow up for test results and wants another $25.00 for seeing him again. A well care visit is not suppose to turn into a nightmare. He has no bedside manners and is very rude to all of his staff members. He does not even try to hide it, he will reprimand his staff in front of his patients. He also discusses other patient medical issues in front of other patients. Does not follow HIPPA laws and told me off and told me to find another doctor. He reiterated that I am no longer his patient. HE DOES NOT WORK FOR FREE! I have good health insurance and he got paid.
