    On 11/28/2022 I called this provider who has installed hand controls to my previous New vehicle. I asked for ******* who was the old owner. He told me that he is still working but a silent partner. They looked me up and found my information of older orders. I didn't think much of it. They have worked on my cars in the past. I get a invoice and submit to the dealer ******* for a $1000 disability reimbursement. I have always got reimbursed in the past because they were certified and licensed to install those equipment. On 1/30/2023 ***** called me and told me that they are not licensed nor certified to install that equipment. I called the company and spoke with **** which is a new guy who looked me up and took my order, he told me he didn't know he had to be licensed or certified. This business work on ambulette, so I thought nothing of it. I looking to be reimbursed what I lost and assured that my equipment now is safe, since they are not licensed or certified. They should now pay to have my equipment inspected for safety since I am dependent on those controls to be properly installed. They are also installed in a brand new car which should not have happened if they were clear. They should also be heavily fined for putting people with disabilities lives in danger by installing equipment that they are not licensed or certified to install.
