On Thursday May 22nd I went to the Cash Checking facility to deposit my loose coins. Upon arrival the employee told me the machine was working, and the machine also had its light on with the words: click to start. So just like at any machine I dumped my coins and clicked start. Half of the coins went down the machine, and others staying in top. Being the machine was actually not working, my coins got stuck in the machine with zero way of getting them back. When I asked for help I was told they could not help, and Ill have to wait a unknown amount of days to get my money back (which is just sitting in public) when I asked for the phone number of the company which runs the machines, I was told they didnt have, which doesnt make sense because the employee said they called the company for me to get my money thats stuck. I asked for paper receipt and records from the manager so that I could have confirmation I will receive my money. I was told that I can not be giving confirmation or that information about my money. After being mistreated by the store manager, I called the regional manager, long story short after 15min of getting zero help or confirmation of time and date to collect my money. I was told to call the police if have a issue. They said my money is stuck and they dont know when Ill get it back. They robbed me straight up.

The customer was not "robbed".  The coin machine is not our property.  When a machine malfunction happens like this, we need to contact the company that owns the machine to set up a service call.  They visited the next the store the next day and cleared the machine.  The customer was paid out the money due.
