    I ordered monument the same exactly color and type of granit as they show as example outside of the office. I specified, that I like that color very much and want just the same. When I went to see my ready monument the color was completely different. I have picture saved in my phone with date on it of what I ordered. This is a proof. When I came to their office and spoke to ******, she said following: 1.Why did I pay the rest of my money if I don't like it. I answered that I didn't pay the rest, which is true.2. The she said that color of granit on day light is different than indoors. I said that gray color that they have for me is not the reddish color they have on display I chosen.3. Then ****** said that I have to pay all the money for monument again if I don't like the color. 4. She added that previous owner sold business to another person, basically, I can't talk to person who I ordered monument from. This monument cost me thousands of dollars. I am very disappointed. They advertised beautiful colorvI chosen, they are giving me another color. If they didn't have color I ordered they should of contacted me and ask if I want another color. I would of said No. I feel fooled. ****** said its not their fault, it's a fault of people who made monument. I really want what I ordered, not what they decided to give me instead. Please, someone help me here. I don't know what to do, how to get what I ordered, or get my money back.
