    When someone is bereaved, they needed to be treated with respect. Part of that respect and part of customer service includes responding to inquiries on a timely base the first time a customer writes. Every time we've contacted Klein Monuments, we have to ask multiple times before we get a proper reply if we get any reply at all! We find this upsetting, appalling and unlike any experience, we had with the former owner of your predecessor, ***** ****** ********, when our parents passed. Their lack of responsiveness forces us to no longer consider Klein Monument works consumer-oriented, or interested in doing business! If you are bereaved avoid this company at all costs as theyre totally lacking in follow-through.
