      FM Home Loans and *************************** play fast and loose with terms like "clear to close" in various emails but then asks for more documentation. He claims we are an "in house" mortgage company and we can close in 48 hours" and then proceeds to drag it out for 3-4 months. He cannot provide a comprehensive list of documents needed but has to constantly come back with requests for more documents. He can't keep one deadline (or 4) and cannot communicate what's really going on since I assume FM Home Loans is already flipping the mortgage before "clear to close" as it was in my case. *************************** and Home Loans has cost me over $ ****** in additional expenses to "keep the deal alive" by offering the seller to pay for maintenance and other incentives since FM Home Loans took their time and couldn't keep any closing deadline. I want others to know that FM Home Loans and *************************** isn't transparent with their communication with their rather shady business practices.

      This is letter I sent *****************, Director of Sales at FM Home Loans. I never received a response. ****,It was obviously a mistake on my part to have put my trust in Home Loans. I cooperated fully with your loan officer *************************** who turned out to be totally incompetent. All of the confidential documents I sent him were misplaced by your company as I was directed by ******* ******* to resend all the documents I initially sent ******************. Perhaps ****************** took *************** documents with him which included a copy of my co-op stock certificate which I sent him. The fact is they were not safe guarded by your company.The most egregious error on the part of ****************** was totally ignoring the outstanding debt with **** Funding. From the start you were fully aware of my financial status as I shared with you the fact that **** of ******* rejected my Home Equity application. This should have been the very first thing to be addressed. The fact that ***************** had me do an appraisal before examining my credit report is very suspicious. This is something that should be done once the loan application is in good shape. After trying to reach ****************** for over a week I finally spoke with him on his cell phone. He said he did not work for Home Loans any longer and he thought my loan was approved. I reached out to you and was given no explanation just that you needed more information. Thats when I found out about **** outstanding debt six weeks into the loan process. Going forward I would have to go with the market rate which Im sure has increased significantly. How could I possibly trust turning my stock certificate and proprietary lease over to your lender? It is not unusual for a bank to lose these documents and given my experience with you I have to wonder about the credibility of this lender.To say you have been unprofessional is an understatement. I have essentially been ripped off for $600.
