    DO NOT USE ********************************** husband and I just moved the contents of our 3 bedroom house from **, ** to our new home in **. I met with the smooth talking ***************** (or ******** as he calls himself on all his correspondence) , and I was impressed with his knowledge and thorough inventory of my home contents. After checking ratings and reviews of the 3 different movers I interviewed; sadly, I fell for ******************* bucket of lies. He promised me in writing on the estimate that he emailed me that our home contents would be moved to ******* in a 26 foot box truck,NOT a giant 18 ******* that the other two companies I interviewed offered. This was what sold me because I didnt want my things on a truck with other peoples stuff. I didnt want to wait for my things to arrive because the truck had to make several stops along the way.He said that of the 4 men who came to pack and load our stuff, at least 3 of them would drive to ******* and be at my new home to unload. He provided me with a detailed list of everything that was going to be moved. Now, 3 days before our move EVERYTHING changed. I was told that my home was being loaded on a giant 18 ******* along with several other shipments. I was furious, and when I asked *** why he lied, he told me that this was the better way for me! . On moving day I was then told that I had more stuff than *** estimated and had to pay $1600 more than my original estimate. They had all our stuff on the truck so I had to pay.. Not one of the men who loaded were there in ******* to unload. Instead, I got an old man and a young boy, who spoke no English, except of course to demand that I pay in full before they unload my stuff. I asked where the other movers and was told they were advertising on Craigs List for additional men to come and complete my job. They had no idea how ro move furniture! They broke my bed, crystal ********* and and several other items, and left my house a disaster! DEFINITELY NOT the white glove service I payed for. RUN

    Everyone at A One was great to work with. I was dealing with ****** who came out to our home and gave us an in-home estimate. He was very polite, informative and professional. The quote he gave us was slightly higher than the other 3 companies we were looking at but we decided to use him and his company because we felt most comfortable with him. When the crew came out to our home 2 weeks ago to move they did everything and then some to move our things safely out of the house. They packed, wrapped and moved everything within one day time. We just got our delivery completed and everything was perfect. No damages or issues at delivery. I will be recommending them to a few friends I know that are moving in the next 24 months.
