  **Avoid Diamond Hands Moving at All Costs - Shady Practices and Terrible Service**I echo everything ******** *. said in her review. My experience with Diamond Hands Moving was a complete nightmare, and I strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. From start to finish, their service was disorganized, inefficient, and downright shady.The move itself was an ordeal. It took an absurd 6 to 7 hoursfar too long for what should have been a simple job. The crew showed up unprepared, using only one dolly for much of the move, and wasted time rearranging boxes instead of moving them efficiently. Despite being upfront about my specific packing needs, the team clearly lacked the planning and professionalism required to handle the ****** make matters worse, when I voiced my concerns, their response was insulting. They offered a $200 credit for a future move and sent a $210 check. However, they explicitly stated they would cancel the check if I left a negative review. Let me be clearthis is incredibly shady and unethical behavior. Attempting to silence a dissatisfied customer with a thinly veiled bribe speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.Looking at their online reviews, it's obvious Im not the only one who has had a bad experience. Many recent reviews tell similar stories of inefficiency, overcharging, and poor customer service. The few glowing reviews are suspicious at best, as many are from accounts with little review history.This companys practices are unprofessional and borderline predatory. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else. Diamond Hands Moving is a disaster waiting to happen.

  DISASTER!! WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I used these guys to move out of an apartment, into storage and then out again into another apartment. I was missing a small fire chest that looks like a mini safe when I moved out of the storage unit. (Filed a police report, no CCTV cameras so they couldn't do anything but they said it was likely the movers. They were heavy handed with my items and I had scratches on wood furniture from where they dragged it across concrete floors and it ripped off the protective plastic they had put on. I had to save my bed head from getting crushed in an elevator door that they had used it to keep propped open, and search for missing bed pieces when they were reassembling which were left on the street. In addition, they turned up 3 hours late for pick up from storage and I missed my window for delivery to my coop and had to beg the security guys to let them move me in that day.

  **************** they professionally dismantled our portable container in our warehouse and assembled it back in a new place. Very hard working people, it was smooth and stress free. Thank you!

  This is the best company I've used in the last few years. The crew that works for this Company is amazing. They are always on time, professional, and take great care of my belongings. I've used this company twice and both times it was a great experience.

  All the team worked diligently. This is the best and inexpensive crew in the city. On the relocation day, the crew showed up right on time and worked vigorously to move us out of our house. They did a fantastic job while relocating. Highly recommended!
