    In the past I used Meineke on ********** but was unsatisfied and gave them a bad review so on December 17th, 2024 I took my jeep in to the Meineke on **************** instead of ********** to get my caliber checked. I had just taken it to have it inspected on December 12, 2024 and it passed emissions and I got the sticker good for 1 year. ***** told me I needed a caliber, front and rear rotors and brakes and tires. I told him just do the caliber and front brakes and rotors. When my husband brought the jeep in the check engine light wasn't on. Husband drove the car home and parked it and on December 19, 2024 he went to the store and the check engine light was on so I called ***** and he said bring it in and if they caused it, they'll fix it. He ran it through emissions and said there was a slow leak that has to do with emissions and they weren't in that area which is in the back by the brakes. Well how did he know I needed back brakes if he wasn't in that area? He then said he would fix it for $247.15. There's no way there was a leak before we brought it there and the check engine light wasn't on until after he worked on it. I believe whether malicious or accidental they caused the leak and therefore should be held responsible for fixing the hole. I have proof of passed inspection.
